Conference Check-In
On the morning of the conference (Sunday February 12,) please check-in between 8.30am and 9am at the Spangler Center on the Harvard Business School campus. It will also be possible to check-in at this location throughout the day. The keynote presentations will be held in the Williams Room in Spangler Center, and panel presentations will be held in Aldrich. Check-in will be located directly outside the Williams Room (inside Spangler) and there will be space to store coats and other non-valuable items in the adjacent Meredith Room. Parking
Visitors to campus for the conference have access to parking facilities in the HBS lot located at the intersection of Western Avenue and Batten Way, on the Business School campus. A $5 weekend permit will cover parking for the duration of the conference. Daily visitor parking permits can be purchased online in advance at https://www2.uos.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/permit/purchase.pl, or upon arrival for the conference. The "Visitor and Permit Parking" lot outlined in yellow above is the designated location for parking. Further parking details and instructions for acquiring a permit can also be found at the website.
